Principal Architect

Pavan was one of the first employees at Sails and has been instrumental in the company's growth over the previous five years. He has worked in a variety of business units and functions, including Business Development, Partnerships, Product Development, and Operations. He is currently the leading architect in India, where he is responsible for driving the expansion of our services in India as well as the platform's overall development and building innovative strategy. He is particularly interested in creating products from the ground up. Pavan has over 13 years of expertise in software development. Prior to joining Sails, he worked as a Sr Software Engineer with IBM Software Labs.
