These assays play a pivotal role in genomic, proteomic, and pharmaceutical research, including DNA/RNA analysis, biomarker screening, and drug efficacy testing.

1. Real-Time Communication with Laboratory Equipment
To ensure seamless data exchange between the Plate Reader and lab software, we implemented WebSocket communication, enabling real-time, bi-directional data flow, vital for processing time-sensitive assay data.
2. Transforming Raw Data into Predictive Insights
Large-scale lab data is only valuable when it’s actionable.
Our team developed predictive analytics using machine learning algorithms, with intuitive D3.js-based visualizations in React. This empowered scientists to make real-time decisions backed by data.
3. Optimized Deployment on Raspberry Pi Devices
Deploying a feature-rich web application on a Raspberry Pi with just 4GB of memory.
We engineered a lightweight solution using .NET Core, Python, and PostgreSQL, delivering enterprise-grade functionality in a compact form factor.
4. Secure Database Backup and Restore in Offline Environments
We built offline-ready backup and restore tools, using .NET Core, REST APIs, and shell scripts. Regular backups can be archived securely onsite, minimizing risk of data loss due to system or user errors. safeguarding critical research data with automated, secure, and easily restorable processes.
5. Smart Maintenance from Anywhere
We enabled remote machine reinitialization, allowing field technicians to reset lab devices using software commands, reducing operational downtime and minimizing manual intervention.
